International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide standardization organization composed of technical committees of various countries. China’s national standards are mainly formulated based on IEC standards, which are also one of the advanced international standards in PCB and related substrate field with rapid development. Understanding of PCB and related materials to facilitate the counterparts of the IEC standard information technology, promote the development of printed circuit technology of the fastest in line with international standards, this will be the IEC current effective PCB substrate (foil sheet), PCB, PCB related materials of technical standard, the standard of the test method standard referred to in the information and revised arrangement is as follows:
