How to assemble PCB?

The assembly or manufacturing process of a 인쇄 회로 기판 (PCB) involves many steps. All of these steps should go hand in hand to achieve good PCB assembly (PCBA). The synergy between one step and the last is very important. In addition, the input should receive feedback from the output, which makes it easier to track and resolve any errors at an early stage. Steps involved in PCB assembly process

PCBA and the manufacturing process involve many steps. To obtain the best quality of the final product, perform the following steps:

Step 1: Add solder paste: This is the very beginning of the assembly process. At this stage, paste is added to the component pad wherever welding is required. Place the paste on the pad and stick it in the correct position with the help of the pad. This screen is made from PCB files with holes.

Step 2: Place the component: After the solder paste is added to the pad of the component, it is time to place the component. The PCB passes through a machine that places these components precisely on the pad. The tension provided by the solder paste holds the assembly in place.

Step 3: Reflux furnace: This step is used to permanently fix the component to the board. After the components are placed on the board, the PCB passes through the reflux furnace conveyor belt. The controlled heat of the oven melts the solder added in the first step, permanently connecting the assembly.

Step 4: Wave soldering: In this step, the PCB is passed through a wave of melted solder. This will establish an electrical connection between the solder, PCB pad and component leads.

Step 5: Cleaning: At this point, all welding processes have been completed. During welding, a large amount of flux residue can form around the solder joint. As the name implies, this step involves cleaning flux residue. Clean flux residue with deionized water and solvent. Through this step, PCB assembly is completed. Subsequent steps will ensure that the assembly is completed correctly.

Step 6: Test: At this stage, the PCB is assembled and the inspection begins to test the position of the components. 이는 두 가지 방법으로 수행 할 수 있습니다.

L Manual: This inspection is usually performed on small components, the number of components is not more than a hundred.

L Automatic: Perform this check to check for bad connections, faulty components, misplaced components, etc.
