How to process the scanned pictures of PCB board copying?

An important process of PCB history board is to convert the circuit of the physical circuit board into the PCB circuit file which can be processed by computer. One of the steps of this process is to scan the physical circuit board and process the scanned picture. This paper will introduce how to process the scanned picture file of PCB protection board to copy the circuit diagram in detail. The main steps are as follows:

ipcb

1. Open the software PS and open the scanned files that need to be processed in the software (opening method: double-click the blank space of the PS software or click the menu file in the upper left corner to open or drag the file directly to the PS software);

2. Double-click the layer and change the name of the layer to “TOP”.

3. Place the mouse pointer on the horizontal and vertical rulers and hold down the left mouse button to pull out the horizontal and vertical guides respectively. (If the ruler is not displayed, press Ctrl+R to open the ruler);

4. Press Ctr+1 to display the picture in actual size (or press Alt+ pulley to enlarge the picture as much as possible), then press Ctrl+T to make the picture enter the free transformation state, as shown in the picture below. Slide the pulley of the mouse to adjust the Angle of the picture so that the edge of the board is parallel to the reference line. After the adjustment, press Enter for the adjustment to take effect. Zoom in and check. Repeat if the board is not aligned. Note: In this process, if you want to move the reference line, you must press Ese to exit the free transformation state first. To move the guide, press the V key to switch the mouse to the move tool state and then point the guide with the mouse and drag it.

5. The scan chart at the top of the picture below has been adjusted. (At this time put a few more reference lines to confirm)

6. Next, drag the bottom scan image in and press Enter to confirm, then double-click to rename it.

8. Press Ctrl+T to enter the shape of free transformation as when adjusting the top scanning image. Press the arrow key on the keyboard to move the layer roughly to the reference line and then adjust the Angle so that the edge of the board is parallel to the reference line. The following figure shows the effect after adjusting the underlying scan image:

9. Set the top of the layer to translucent state to see whether the holes on the top and bottom are aligned, and the holes on the top and bottom layers are aligned.

10, layered export scan JPEG format or BMP format as shown in the following figure out the top layer

11. Then export the scan diagram after the underlying adjustment. (Other operations are the same as when exporting the top-level scan.)
