Rules for PCB design:

1. Control the cable routing direction

2. Check the open-loop and closed-loop of cabling

3. Control the cable length

4. Control the length of cable branches

5. Corner design

6. Differential cabling

7. Match the impedance of PCB wire with the wiring terminal

8. Design grounding protection cables

9. Prevent wiring resonance

PCB wiring principles are as follows:

1. The wires at the input and output terminals should not be parallel to each other, and interline grounding should be added to prevent feedback coupling.

2. The minimum width of PCB wire is determined by the adhesion strength and current value between the wire and the insulating substrate.

3. The minimum spacing of PCB conductors is determined by the insulation resistance and breakdown voltage between the wires in the worst case.

4. The curve of PCB printed wire is generally taken as a circular arc, and a large area of copper foil is also avoided as far as possible. When a large area of copper foil is needed for some reason, grid shape is also used as far as possible.
