PCB wiring line width is generally set

פּקב wiring is a key link in PCB design. Some friends do not know how much PCB wiring width is generally set. Here we introduce how much PCB wiring width is generally set.

יפּקב

General PCB wiring line width to consider two issues. One is the size of the current, if the current through the big words, the line can not be too thin; The second is to consider the actual plate making capacity of the board factory if the current is small, then the line can be a little thin, but too thin, some PCB board factory may not be produced, or produced but the yield rises, so we should consider the board factory problem.

PCB wiring line width is generally set

The general line width is controlled to 6/6mil, and the hole selection is 12mil (0.3mm), which can be produced by most PCB manufacturers at a low cost.

Line width line spacing minimum control to 4/4mil, through hole selection of 8mil (0.2mm), more than half of the PCB manufacturers can produce, but the price will be a little more expensive than the front.

The minimum line width is controlled to 3.5/3.5mil, and the hole selection is 8mil (0.2mm). Fewer PCB manufacturers can produce PCB, and the price will be a little more expensive.

The minimum line width is controlled to 2/2mil, and the hole selection is 4mil (0.1mm). Many PCB manufacturers cannot produce it, and this kind of price is the highest.

The line width can be set according to the PCB design density. If the density is small, the line width and line spacing can be set to be larger. If the density is large, the line width and line spacing can be set to be smaller:

1) 8/8mil, 12mil (0.3mm) for perforation.

2) 6/6mil, 12mil (0.3mm) through hole.

3) 4/4mil, 8mil (0.2mm) through hole.

4) 3.5/3.5mil, 8mil (0.2mm) through hole.

5) 3.5/3.5mil, 4mil through hole (0.1mm, laser drilling).

6) 2/2mil, 4mil through hole (0.1mm, laser drilling).
