In a very long period of time, I am confused about this problem, why will the board factory do wrong? And most of the time it’s ok, a few of the time it’s wrong, they’re supposed to be professional, it shouldn’t happen. Then I stumbled on the problem.

Production documentation issues

I used the PCB designed by Allegro software. When there are non-circular holes in the PCB board and Gerber is exported, the drilling files should be exported not only. DRL files but also. Rou files. The reason why THE PCB board is not drilled is because there is no. Rou file in my production file. But you can see the drill hole in Cam350, which made me mistakenly think it was ok. However, why did the plate factory say that it was their problem, but not the problem of the document? Maybe they are more responsible and brave to take responsibility. I have been using CAM350 to check Gerber files for a long time. The method of checking is to scan each layer to see if there are any errors. The main things I can check are whether there are missing files, whether there is update of copper skin, whether the silk screen number is forgotten, etc., which are very limited.
