In double-sided PCB board, when the connection is crossed, positive and negative wiring can be used to solve. In single-sided circuit board design, some lines can not be connected, often use jumper wiring, in beginners, jumper wiring is often arbitrary, long and short, which will bring inconvenience to the production. When placing jumper wiring, the less the type, the better, usually only set 6mm, 8mm, 10mm three, beyond this range will bring inconvenience to the production. In addition, the following methods can be used to make the wires cross to achieve the role of jumper wiring.

1, Add cross line or zero ohmic resistance. Connected with wire in the circuit board is called cross line, the same circuit board if the length of the cross line is not uniform will affect the appearance, cross line length and small components (such as resistance) consistent better. If the installation of zero ohmic resistance is cleaner, so that people do not feel the existence of a cross line.
2. Component substitution method. For example, if a cross wire is connected in series with an 18K ω resistor, the resistance is now changed to 15K ω, and a 3K ω resistor is installed at the cross wire. The total value is still 18K ω, and the cross wire is cancelled.
3, printing across the line. Single panel plus printing cross line can be realized after the connection cross, but the printing board manufacturing cost will be slightly higher.
4, labyrinth wiring, in low speed digital circuit, in order to be able to wire on the same board surface, can use labyrinth wiring method often in the two hole distance is very close between the solder joint shuttle. Because of the high line density and narrow line width, the proportion of the circuit board is required to be relatively large.
