Key points of PCB production process are introduced

Film substrate Film substrate is the leading process of печатная плата производства. In the production of a certain type of PCB, each electrical graphics (signal layer circuit graphics and ground, power layer graphics) and non-conductive graphics (welding resistance graphics and characters) should have at least one film base plate. The application of film substrate in PCB production is photosensitive mask graphics in graphic transfer, including circuit graphics and photoresistive graphics. Screen printing process in the production of silk, including blocking welding graphics and characters; Machining (drilling and contour milling) CNC machine programming basis and drilling reference.

Copper Clad Laminaters (CLL), referred to as Copper Clad foil layers or copper-clad plates, are the substrate material for making PCBS. At present, the most widely used etching PCBS are selectively etched on copper-clad foil to obtain the desired lines and graphics.

After the PCB design is completed, because the PCB board shape is too small to meet the production process requirements, or a product is composed of several PCBS, it is necessary to assemble several small boards into a large board that meets the production requirements. The film base map should be made first, and then be photographed or reproduced using the base map. With the development of computer technology, printed board CAD technology has made great progress, and PCB production technology has been rapidly improved to multi-layer, thin wire, small hole and high-density direction. The original film manufacturing process can no longer meet the design needs of PCB, so light drawing technology has emerged. PCB graphics data files designed by CAD can be directly sent into the computer system of the optical drawing machine using light to draw graphics directly on the negative, and then after development, fixed film version.

The generation of light drawing data is to transform the design data generated by CAD software into light drawing data (mostly Gerber data), which is modified and edited by CAM system to complete light drawing preprocessing (collage, mirroring, etc.), so as to meet the requirements of PCB production process, and then send the processed data into light drawing machine. The image data processor of the optical painting machine is converted into raster data, and the raster data is sent to the laser optical painting machine through high magnifying fast compression and restoration algorithm to complete the optical painting.
