PCB board ten points for attention

In general, PCB production is called Panelization to increase the efficiency of SMT production line. What details should be paid attention to in PCB assembly? Let’s take a look at it.

1. PCB board frame (clamping edge) should adopt closed-loop design to ensure that PCB board will not be deformed after it is fixed on the fixture;

2, PCB board shape as close as possible to square, recommended 2×2, 3×3…… Jigsaw, but not into Yin and Yang board;

3, PCB board width ≤260mm (SIEMENS line) or ≤300mm (FUJI line); If automatic dispensing is required, width × length of PCB board ≤125mm×180mm;

4, each small board in PCB board should have at least three positioning holes, 3≤ aperture ≤6 mm, edge positioning hole within 1mm is not allowed to wire or patch;

5, the center distance between the small plate control between 75mm ~ 145mm;

6, when setting the reference setting point, usually in the setting point around the open welding area 1.5mm larger than its;

7. There should be no large device or extended device near the connection point between the outer frame and the inner small plate, and the edge of the components and the PCB board should have a space greater than 0.5mm to ensure the normal operation of the cutting tool;

8. Four positioning holes are opened at the four corners of the outer frame of the board, with an aperture of 4mm±0.01mm; The strength of the hole should be moderate to ensure that it will not fracture in the process of upper and lower plates; Aperture and position accuracy to be high, smooth hole wall without burr;

9. In principle, QFP with a spacing less than 0.65mm shall be set in the diagonal position of the reference symbol for PCB whole board positioning and for fine-pitch device positioning; The positioning datum symbols for PCB sub-boards should be used in pairs and arranged on the diagonal of positioning elements;

10, large components should have positioning columns or positioning holes, such as I/O interface, microphone, battery interface, micro switch, headphone interface, motor, etc.
